Ugarte and Associates Inc. is a dynamic Architectural firm located in Manatee County, Florida. We provide Design services from Central to Southwest Florida, including the cities of Tampa, St. Petersburg, Ybor, Palmetto, Bradenton, Sarasota, and Ft. Myers. U&A provides services including; Project Programming, Agency Consulting, Site Design and Evaluation, and Architectural design with hands on Construction Administration. U&A has also expanded its services into Three Dimensional Graphics and Animation giving our clients a realistic view of their completed project while in the design process.

Ugarte and Associates Inc. was founded in 1981 by Carlos Ugarte Sr., as a civil engineering Firm. Carlos “Charlie” D. Ugarte joined the firm in 1985 as President and Principal Architect and quickly expanded services, including Architecture. Today, the firm offers full Architectural services and much more. We contribute our longevity and success to the simple philosophy of listening to our clients needs and producing Functional, Durable, Economical, and Beautiful design. U&A has over 27 years of successful projects from small Residential renovations, to large scale Commercial and Industrial projects. U&A also takes pride in itself as a leader in sustainable design and can provide USGBC (United States Green Building Council) and LEED Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) guidance services.
