RIVERHOUSE AT

REGATTA POINTE

Located in Palmetto, FL on the Manatee River, Regatta Pointe is located at the end of a  450' pier.  A major renovation to the pile supported, heavy timber construction included the Riverhouse restaurant on the main level and banquet halls on the upper levels. Ugarte + Associates adhered to stringent FEMA restrictions while designing this project.
